You will not republish information from this website.

You will not solicit other users except by placing an ad or listing.

Content posted onto this website by you, except for private information defined in our Privacy Policy, remains the property of Lower Mainland Classifieds.

Lower Mainland Classifieds is not responsible for pages cached by third parties.

You are responsible for typos in your listing and for fixing those typos.

You are responsible for removing your listing immediately upon the sale or acceptance of the item/service advertised.

We reserve the right to edit or delete content on this site for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, content deemed obscene, illegal, immoral, sexually explicit, or anything deemed not family friendly, as well as political content or content promotional for competing websites.

More specifically, items whose sale is restricted in some way are not allowed, including alcohol, tobacco, weapons (firearms, pellet guns, but not paintball markers nor bows and crossbows), adult-only items, drugs (prescription and over-the-counter) and items that are deemed unsafe such as non-compliant baby walkers, polycarbonate baby bottles, baby cribs that do not meet Health Canada Standards, and all used car seats and boosters.

Further, you agree to NOT:

• Place multiple listings for the same item
• Knowingly place listings into the wrong category
• Post listings in a used goods for sale category for anything except an item for sale - no exceptions
• Post the same item in such a way as to monopolize the Latest listings list
• Post inappropriate, offensive or illegal content
• Post copyrighted content (i.e. photos) unless you have the copyright owner's permission
• Post links in your listing to affiliate programs
• Post links in your listing to lists of other items for sale
• Post listings on this site if your usual province of residence is not BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA.
• Post listings for goods you know to have been stolen
• Fill in the email address field with a bogus email address
• Answer untruthfully when prompted by any of our online forms and when asked to specify your location.
• Send a message to a seller for any reason other than expressing genuine interest in purchasing their listing or service (no profanities, no slander, no spam)

Postings by minors (under 18 years of age) is not allowed; minors must have their guardian post the content on their behalf and the guardian must act as the primary contact.

External Links: Lower Mainland Classifieds may provide Third Party and/or Partner links that allow you to leave lowermainlandclassifieds.ca to a website(s) not maintained or controlled by Lower Mainland Classifieds.

Once transferred to a third party site you may be subject to the Agreements and Terms of Use of the respective partner.

Lower Mainland Classifieds makes no warranties or representations regarding these other websites and assumes no responsibility for content of and/or functions performed by third party sites.

RSS Feeds: By downloading the information through an RSS Feed from lowermainlandclassifieds.ca you agree that you will only do so for personal use or in conjunction with a non-commercial website (a website that generates no revenue).

For use in conjunction with a commercial website would require a separate agreement in writing.

If the RSS Feed information is posted on your website, prominent attribution must be made to Lower Mainland Classifieds including a link to the lowermainlandclassifieds.ca home page.

No other content from lowermainlandclassifieds.ca may be posted on your website.

Changes to the Terms of Use may happen from time to time.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Use periodically to keep up with the changes.

Registered users will be emailed changes when they are made.
